Shipping policy

This policy applies to consumer orders delivered within the United Kingdom. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Nothing in it limits the rights you have under UK consumer law.

Where we deliver

Caelix serves customers in the United Kingdom. Availability and delivery options may vary by product and destination. Any geographic exclusions are shown before you place your order.

Delivery charges

UK delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend, and no delivery charge is added at checkout.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total payable is shown before you confirm the order, and no further charges are added afterwards.

How long delivery takes

Caelix is established outside the United Kingdom, and items in our range are dispatched from more than one location. Delivery time therefore varies by product rather than by order, and can be longer than for goods held in the UK.

Where an order contains items dispatched from different locations, they may arrive separately and at different times, at no extra cost to you.

Unless a longer period is agreed with you before you order, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order being placed, as required by UK distance-selling rules.

If something is delayed

If we become aware that an order cannot be delivered within the agreed period, we will contact you with the options available. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, those may include agreeing a revised date or cancelling the affected item for a refund.

Tracking

Where tracking is provided by the carrier, we send it to the contact details on your order.

Delivery address

Please give a complete and accurate delivery address, and contact us as soon as possible if it is wrong. We will change it if we can, but we cannot guarantee a change once dispatch has started.
