Email is the fastest way to reach us, and we read everything that arrives at support@caelixtech.com. You can also use the Contact page.

Including your order number lets us answer without a round trip. We aim to reply to every message.

Delivery and where items come from

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Items in our range are dispatched from more than one location, so delivery time varies by product and can be longer than for goods held in the UK. Our Shipping Policy explains how that works, including the 30-day limit that applies unless a longer period is agreed with you beforehand.

Returns

You can ask to return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery, and for most items we will not ask you to send anything back. The Refund Policy sets out the full position, including your statutory rights, which none of our policies reduce.

A note on security

We will never ask you to send full payment-card details by email or through our contact form. Payment is handled entirely by Shopify's hosted checkout. If you receive a message claiming to be from Caelix and asking for card details, it did not come from us.
